Items should be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Because our products are made to order, refunds are generally not provided for incorrect size selection or change-of-mind purchases. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not require items to be returned. Please contact us first before sending anything back, as returned packages cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
